Serious disruption of activities
Illegal activity
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a community, activity, or trip where their behaviour creates a serious concern for others.
12. Alcohol, Drugs and Illegal Activities
Participants must comply with the laws of the country or location where an activity takes place.
Illegal drug use, illegal activities, violence, or behaviour that creates a safety risk to others is not permitted during Offline Adventures activities.
Specific activities or venues may have additional rules.
13. Accommodation
Where accommodation is included or arranged through a third party, participants must follow the accommodation provider’s rules.
Participants may be responsible for damage they personally cause to accommodation or property.
Room arrangements, facilities, and policies may vary depending on the accommodation provider and trip.

Participants must follow the rules of the relevant transport provider.
Offline Adventures is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or service disruptions caused by third-party transport providers, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
